A gang of four detectives take on cold cases in this BBC drama, New Tricks, digging around in the murk of kidnappings, theft and murder. Even one of the detective's dogs gets in on the action, digging up a skeleton with it and the long-since dead search for a murderer. The series is complete with the must-haves of modern crime dramas: high tech sleuthing and office politics.
